XingTian machinery co., LTD. Shandong large cylinder intelligent automatic production line project (phase I), the main construction contents into a hydraulic oil cylinder spray paint line 300000 units/year, including a pre-treatment cleaning equipment, four spray paint room, a spray paint drying room, 1 set of spray drying heating equipment, and supporting the construction of the waste gas treatment facilities. The waste gas treatment process is "negative pressure collection + water curtain + paint mist purification box +UV photooxygen + activated carbon adsorption". No major changes occurred in the project construction.
The waste water produced during the operation of this project, including the cylinder cleaning waste water and the water curtain paint mist purification waste water, shall be treated by the existing sewage treatment station in the plant and meet the requirements of Grade A in Table 1 of the Water Quality Standard for Sewage Discharged into Urban Sewers (GB/T31962-2015).
The concentration of VOCs emission in the organized exhaust gas meets the emission standard requirements in Table 2 of the Volatile Organic Compounds Emission Standard Part 5: Surface Coating Industry (DB37/2801.5-2018). The concentration of particulate matter meets the concentration limit requirements of "key control areas" in Table 1 of Shandong Province Regional Comprehensive Air Pollutant Emission Standard (DB37/2376-2019).
